Organic Italian Foods
This site is dedicated to "Mr. Fixit" of San Diego, who emigrated from Veneto to New York when he was 18, and inspired me to make these foods available to all.
"Chef Boyarlee" was born and raised 50 miles south of Boston, in Providence, Rhode Island; the most Italian city outside of Italy.
Twenty percent of all Rhode Islanders are Italian.(Thirty percent of Providence County.) He has been to Italy as a tourguide and as a tourist. He has been involved in health food/organics since 1970.
All foods have been personally selected from four importers by him. Besides being Italian and organic, they should also be sugar-free.
Make sure you look us up in Italian Cooking and Living magazine under Gourmet Stores. Better yet, visit us in person at any one of five Southern California farmer's markets in: San Juan Capistrano, Oceanside, Rancho Bernardo Winery, Carlsbad Village and Encinitas.
In the future we shall be adding natural foods, such as: chocolate, coffee, pesto, biscotti, truffles, balsamic vinegar and antipasti.
